All 001 drivers must have a valid Private Hire Badge issued by Oxford City Council.
Telephonists
The telephonist job is to receive inbound calls, take care of customers in a professional manner and help them with their queries. Telephonists must be well motivated, remain polite at all times and have the ability to work as part of the team.
Controllers
Experience in the this line of work is essential, the candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a team. A Controller must ensure a smooth running operation at all times and have the ability to use all resources effectively.
