You can now book taxi's by text! All you have to do is register your details (it's free!) and up to 10 locations.
Once we've confirmed your details you will recieve an e-mail, and then you'll be able to order cabs by text!
After you've registered, simply text one of your keywords, plus the time you'd like it to the text booking number 07795 24 00 00 and then your order will go straight into our system with no middleman involved! So you can experience the benefits of being able to order a taxi quickly without waiting on the phone or worrying about it being too noisy. Plus, customers who book via text message receive a priority service, and will get a text when their taxi is on its way and when it's arrived - meaning more convenience for you!
So why wait? There's no cost or obligation to use it once you've registered, and we'll never pass your details onto any third parties. Just register, add our text number to your phone book and remember your keywords, you might as well!
Callback Service
The system automatically phones the customer to inform them that their car has arrived.
When you call your phone number will appear on the Telephonists screen. Once they have entered your name and address you will be asked if you require the Callback facility.
When the driver is approaching your address he/she will presses a key on their in-car data terminal, and the office computer will call for a set number of rings, If the call is answered within that time, you will hear a message informing you, that your vehicle has arrived.
Textback Service
This newly introduced system works the similar way as Call-Back but instead sends an SMS message to your mobile phone, giving you details of , the Vehicles' details, make, model and registration which is on its way to you, on its arrival we will text you again letting you know we are outside. Text Back offers added security, knowing exactly what vehicle to expect before it arrives. Key Benefits
